Jasper, GA – January 15, 2026 – Amid escalating concerns over election security across Georgia and the nation, explosive details from VoterGA's investigation into Fulton County's 2020 presidential election handling have come to light. These revelations not only spotlight local failures but also underscore broader national vulnerabilities that threaten the integrity of future elections. Congressional candidate Chuck Mora from Georgia's 11th District is spearheading calls for sweeping reforms, including the urgent passage of the SAVE Act in the U.S. Senate, to protect democratic processes at both state and federal levels.

The probe, led by VoterGA activists including David Cross, has revealed profound irregularities via State Election Board (SEB) complaints such as SEB2023-025.

Critical findings in Fulton County include:

  • Extensive Discrepancies: More than 4,000 ballots double-counted, falsified tally sheets boosting President Biden's count by about 800 votes, and a net 4,081 vote gain from errors, issues mirroring national reports of inconsistencies in key battleground states.

  • Vanished Electronic Records: Over 1 million digital items unaccounted for, including 17,852 recount ballot images, 20,713 unsourced in-person votes, and 380,458 original ballot images, raising alarms about transparency in elections nationwide.

  • Breaches in Chain-of-Custody: Fulton County acknowledged that roughly 315,000 votes were processed without mandated signatures on tabulation tapes, violating protocols that are essential for maintaining trust in both Georgia's and the country's voting systems.

  • Defiance of Oversight: Despite multiple open records requests and SEB subpoenas, Fulton County has obstructed access to 2020 ballots and documents, defying court orders and resulting in 346 identified process violations. This pattern of resistance echoes similar challenges in other states, fueling demands for federal intervention.

On 12/11/2025, a complaint was filed in District court of Northern Georgia Atlanta Division (United States of America V. CHÉ ALEXANDER, Clerk of Courts for Fulton County.

These Georgia-specific exposures reflect wider 2020 election turmoil across the U.S., from states flouting established standards and making abrupt rule changes to the disarray caused by widespread mail-in voting. Mora, advocating for alignment with former President Trump's Executive Order 13848 on election integrity, stressed the stakes: "Our Republic requires secure, trusted elections at every level, state and national; to protect every vote. We must phase out unreliable electronic voting machines and require hand-marked, secure paper ballots, hand-counted at the precinct level, for verifiable integrity nationwide."

"This ordeal revealed governmental opacity from local offices to the state capital and potentially beyond,"

June 2022

Mora's push is informed by his own encounters. In June 2022, he sought a court order to unseal Pickens County primary ballots for a hand recount. While initially feasible through the local Board of Elections, obstacles arose: the county attorney opposed it, and the Georgia Secretary of State's office threatened board members with fines and imprisonment. Amid the lawsuit, ballots were relocated to the county clerk's office, necessitating superior court approval. "This ordeal revealed governmental opacity from local offices to the state capital and potentially beyond," Mora noted. "If nothing's amiss, why the barriers? These issues in Georgia are a microcosm of national election vulnerabilities."

Safeguard Elections With The SAVE Act!

The SAVE Act, aimed at enforcing federal laws for Election Day voting and bolstering safeguards, is seen as vital to addressing these intertwined state and national concerns. "Pass the SAVE Act now to shield our democracy from coast to coast," Mora urged. Those wishing to support can engage and donate at MoraForGeorgia.com/doante.

As debates over election integrity intensify ahead of future cycles, these developments serve as a urgent call for action to fortify systems in Georgia and across the nation, ensuring the Republic's endurance.
